Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen (RITS) was established by the Shenzhen Municipal Government and Tsinghua University as a base to facilitate technological innovation, cultivate high-quality professionals, promote the progress of educational industrialization, and explore new ways in cooperation with overseas universities, incubate high-tech enterprises and promote the Second Wave of Development of the economy in Shenzhen, RITS makes it as her tenet to have a share in building Shenzhen into a metropolitan city and Tsinghua into a world class university, by joining efforts with the government, the business circle and the University.Leverage on the excellent teaching quality of Tsinghua University, RITS focuses on training of talents in technology and management,;with the rapid increase in demand for talents of high calibreduring business restructuring in Shenzhen, RITS aims at exploring human resources in different aspects in order to provide precious learning opportunities. The University of Wales, which was founded by Royal Charter in 1893, is a large and distinctive federal University currently comprising ten Member Institutions, whose activities it exists to support and which are closely involved in its governance. These institutions are: The University of Wales, Aberystwyth; University of Wales, Bangor; Swansea University; University of Wales, Lampeter; University of Wales Institute, Cardiff; University of Wales, Newport; North East Wales Institute of Higher Education; Swansea Institute of Higher Education; Trinity College, Carmarthen; Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. ＊学员完成所有科目学习，其所有核定的课程成绩合格，且毕业论文评审通过后，可向英国威尔士大学本部申请颁发的工商管理硕士学位，并可依此申请修读国外其他大学国际认可的相关博士学位课程；
Candidates who have completed and passed the required taught modules and dissertation ,will be awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration from University of Wales. Candidates may apply for studying the related Doctoral Degree programmes in internationally recognised Universities

Student / Alumni Association are established to provide platforms of investment, technology and management for graduates and students of RITS. Gatherings among classes are held frequently to enrich students’ network and provide business opportunities. RITS had already completed 11 programme sessions around the whole country.

英国威尔士大学工商管理硕士学位论文写作 Dissertation

学员完成深圳清华大学研究院培训中心所有指定课程的培养学习后，考试、作业成绩合格者可申请进入英国威尔士大学的论文写作阶段学习。学员须于修读期内完成一篇约20,000字的毕业论文，占课程60学分。学员可以其任职机构中所遇到的管理问题作研究专题，对工商管理作广泛及综合性探讨，结合理论及应用于一体。为使学员能更充份掌握论文写作技巧及规范，学院会安排学员修读研究方法。

Candidates must complete and pass the taught modules (Part One) in order to proceed to Dissertation (Part Two). Students will be required to undertake a dissertation during the final part of the course. It would not normally exceed 20,000 words and it will have the weighting of 60 credits. To fulfil the objective of providing a broadening and integrative investigation of management, dissertations should provide opportunity for evaluation theory in a practical context so allowing links between theoretical ideas and practice to be developed. The dissertations will normally be based upon an in-depth investigation into managerial problem normally within the student’s own organization. The preparation of the dissertation is supported by a (non-examinable) seminar programme in research methodology.

姜彦福
清华大学经济管理学院教授、博士生导师，清华大学经济管理学院技术经济教研室教授，任清华大学中国创业研究中心主任。主要研究领域包括：公司治理、制度创新与技术创新等。目前在清华负责《现代企业制度建设与创新》、《公司治理》等课程，主持多个国家级企业管理科研项目。近期发表的专著和译著有：《技术创新管理》、《风险企业与创业家》。讲授课程：公司治理结构

马永斌
著名企业战略与公司治理专家，组织理论与领导艺术研究专家，清华大学公共管理博士、副教授。现为清华大学继续教育学院院长助理、研究中心主任，清华大学、北京大学、复旦大学总裁培训班特聘专家。专职从事经营管理、咨询和培训事业，主持策划了一系列总裁修炼与提升和管理方案和咨询方案，为不同行业的国有企业和大型民营企业管理层担任培训指导和战略顾问。讲授课程：公司治理结构。

宁钟
复旦大学管理科学系教授、上海海关学院（筹）教授，牛津大学博士后、复旦大学管理科学与工程博士后、武汉大学经济学博士。曾任高等院校科技管理部门、县级政府领导职务，并长期担任上市公司、中外合资企业高级管理职务，具有丰富现代企业管理经验，善于制定符合政府和企业实际需求的咨询解决方案。讲授课程：企业管理创新

李翀
经济学博士、北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院院长经济学教授、博士生导师。主要从事世界经济、金融学、西方经济学等领域的研究，全国优秀教师、国家级中青年专家、首批教育部跨世纪优秀人才计划入选者。现任中华外国经济学说研究会副会长兼秘书长、中国世界经济学会副会长、国家社会科学基金学科评审组成员。讲授课程：宏观经济学

董明
国家行政学院公共管理教研部公共政策教研室主任、教授，中国人民大学博士毕业，国务院政府专家特贴获得者。在美国公共管理专业(MPA)排名第一的马克斯韦尔学院作访问学者。学术专长：领导科学、行政管理、人力资源开发与管理、公共政策。著有《公共行政概论》、《中国行政发展》、《中国干部人事管理》、《面向21世纪中国人事管理工作》、《中国人力资源开发》等著作，另有相关论文数十篇，在中办、中纪委、外交部、中国铁道建设集团总公司、中国兵器工业总公司等有关企事业单位领导授课；给北大、清华、人大、复旦、上海交大等高校的各类EMBA班企业总裁、医院院长班授课。课程内容包括“企业领导”、“人力资源开发与管理”、“医院领导”、“公共政策”。讲授课程：执行力与竞争力

胡君辰

李玲瑶

出席规定 Attendance
每一科目的上课节数不少于该科目总节数的百分之七十五，否则学员将被取消考试资格。
Candidates must have 75% or above in attendance for each module, otherwise, he/she will not be allowed to sit for the examination (except under extenuatory circumstance on a case by case basis only).
成绩评核Assessment
教授科目：考试（60%）及作业（40%）；或作业（100%）。学员的考试及作业可能被英国威尔士大学抽查，届时学员需提供英方认可的英文版本作业及考试卷。

Students’ assignments and examination papers might be sampled for review by UOW, by the time they have to provide the English versions of assignment and examination papers

入学资格 Entry Requirement

①大学本科学历
Bachelor degrees
②25岁以上，大专学历，具有三年以上高层管理经验
aged 25 or above with more than three years senior management experience
③ 可学分转移（转换学分，学时1年）
1、已在深圳清华大学研究院参加高级工商管理研修班课程，取得学习证明及结业证书后，参加由深圳清华-威尔士大学统一安排的入学测试，测试通过后可以申请将相关课程的学分转移到英国威尔士大学的工商管理硕士系列课程中。
2、或在国内其它名牌大学完成高级工商管理研修班课程的学员，可以申请将相关课程的学分转移到英国威尔士大学的工商管理硕士系列课程中。威尔士大学将根据学员提供的正式成绩单、学分证明、课程说明及课程大纲对转换申请做出评估，评估通过的学员可申请进入合作课程班进行第二阶段的学习，最快可于一年内完成整个工商管理硕士系列课程的学习，在学员提出申请给威尔士大学且所有学习审核合格后，学员可取得英国威尔士大学工商管理硕士学位。

Graduate of Post-graduate Certificate in Business Administration from TsinghuaUniversity or accredited University can apply for credit transfer. University of Wales will consider the MBA programme in one year. Candidates who have completed and passed the required modules and dissertation, will be awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration from University of Wales.

	申请人依项完整填写中英文报名表 EMAIL至liuyi@tsinghua-sz.edu.cn或亲自递交至深圳清华大学研究院培训中心A502室，培训中心根据收到的报名表的先后顺序进行审核。 中文报名表下载区 英文报名表下载区
	申请人接到通知后，按时参加笔试，并携带 ①身份证复印件两份 ②中英文报名表和英文报名表各一份（电子档打印版） ③最高学历证明复印件两份 ④小二寸蓝底彩色照片5张 ⑤缴纳 RMB500.00报名费
	笔试之后的一星期内，培训中心工作人员电话通知申请人考试成绩。
	成绩合格的申请人在一个星期内会收到清华大学研究院的《入学通知书》 ，请按照《入学通知书》上的要求缴纳学费和办理入学手续。

Applicants can download Application Forms (both Chinese and English Versions) from RITS homepage http://www.tsinghua-sz.org.cn/union-1-3.htm, completed forms can be emailed to liuyi@tsinghua-sz.edu.cn. RITS will process the applications accordingly.

Applicants should attend the interview and entry exam after receiving RITS notices, and bring along with:

• Application forms in English and Chinese
  - 2 photo copies of Identity Card
  - 2 photo copies of highest academic qualification
  - 5 passport photos with blue background
  - RMB500 application fee
• Signed Notification Letter by students themselves

Exam result will be released within one week after the entry exam, and RITS staff will contact applicants by phone.

Applicants who pass the entry exam will receive a “Notification Letter” within one week from RITS, please paythe fee and follow the entry procedure according to the letter.
